I am extremely pleased with the fantastic job Ocdon Group and his team did installing the artificial lawn at the front of my garden. From the very beginning, they were professional, polite and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to explain the process, answer any questions I had, and offered helpful advice throughout the project.
The team worked hard and efficiently, completing everything exactly as promised within three days. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent and the transformation to the front of my house is incredible. The new artificial lawn has completely improved the overall appearance of the property, making it look neat and even better well-maintained.
What I appreciated most was the communication. Eric kept me informed at every stage of the work, ensuring I knew what was being done and when. He and his team were reliable, respectful and always left the area tidy at the end of the day.
Eric also went above and beyond by taking the time to discuss other projects I am considering in the future. He offered honest and knowledgeable advice about what options would work best, which I found very helpful and reassuring.
Overall, I could not be happier with the service provided. I would definitely hire Eric and his team again for future work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, high quality landscaping or artificial lawn installation.
